Submit button in Explore tool is not active

Make sure you have entered the title and abstract (problem description) in the correct fields. If you’ve pasted all the text into the Title field, this will cause issues as there needs to be text in the problem statement/abstract description.

Also, the abstract or your problem description needs to be at least 100 words, and must be entered in the field below the title. The “Submit” button then gets activated.

Note that on some browser resolutions, the Submit button can end up so far down the page that you can not see it. If there is no Submit button to be seen, change your screen resolution by zooming out, or see if you can scroll down the page.
