Setting up Output Data Layouts (ODLs)

To use the Extract tool, click on your dataset and mark the article/s you’re interested in. Then click on the Extract tool icon on the right hand side menu. The Extract tool panel will open up and then you can choose from our pre-approved ODL templates (Output Data Layouts - Excel spreadsheets with a pre-definition of which variables should be extracted). Click on the “Generate Extraction” button.

After the generation has been completed,you can download either the extraction of each individual article (by clicking on the arrow next to it) or the full set of extractions (via the button next to the title).
