Google Drive/Dropbox takes forever to load

How many PDFs are in your collection, and how many pages do they have? Parsing and indexing PDFs can be quite time consuming for the machine (remember, it’s now doing all the work needed for rapidly and smartly filtering in the dataset later), so we suggest for larger data sets to do the upload in advance of the work you need to do. Please note as soon as the “analyzing dataset” screen disappears and you have a loader in your notification bar, you can close your browser and the data set will keep processing even if you are not logged in to your RSpace™.

For example:

• 10 documents of 10 pages each
  • Put your arms over your head for a nice long stretch and they should be done.
• 150 documents of 10 pages each
  • Go prepare a nice cup of coffee, and they should be done by the time you come back.
• 1000 documents of 10 pages each
  • Set the upload going before lunch, and it should be ready when you’re nice, full and relaxed after lunch.
• more than 2000 documents or larger documents
  • Set the upload going at the end of your workday and by the time you rise and shine the next morning they will be ready for you.
• more than 10,000 documents
  • Wow, are you for real? We suggest doing this over the weekend.
