With the Projects Section, Researcher Workspace 1.0 offers a dedicated collaborative space where users can seamlessly integrate all their research tools and resources. This space fosters efficient collaboration, enabling you to share datasets, research projects, and insights with your colleagues within your organization. The Projects section looks just like your own Dashboard but all actions within this area are shared with your group. You can create datasets and use all the tools available in the Researcher Workspace.

Chat Tool

Imagine having an AI assistant dedicated to helping you with your research inquiries. Researcher Workspace 1.0 introduces the Chat Tool, a dynamic feature that allows users to engage in insightful conversations with AI. Have a dataset-related question? Need a summarized analysis of your findings? Simply chat with the AI, and watch as it provides accurate and timely responses. The Chat Tool serves as your research companion, allowing you to tap into AI’s vast knowledge and analytical capabilities. This dynamic interaction streamlines your research process, bringing efficiency and depth to your exploration.

Word Analysis is now Concepts and Keywords

In response to user feedback, Researcher Workspace 1.0 has refined the Word Analysis Filter. We’ve divided it into two distinct filters: Concepts and Keywords. This separation enables you to target your analysis more precisely and extract nuanced insights from your documents.

The Keywords filter is strategically applied to the abstract of an article, allowing for extracting the exact terms. On the other hand, the Concepts filter operates on the document’s fingerprint, allowing you to grasp the broader terms and offering a comprehensive understanding of the document’s core ideas. This segmentation empowers you to delve deeper into the nuances of your content and enhances the accuracy of your analyses.

Table Data Extraction

Now, extracting valuable insights from structured data tables becomes effortless. Whether it’s numerical data, textual information, or a combination of both, our advanced extraction tool allows you to quickly transform tables from PDFs into spreadsheets.

Merging and Splitting Datasets

With the ability to merge and split datasets, you can combine related information from different sources or segment large datasets into more manageable parts. This feature enhances the granularity of your analysis, enabling you to focus on specific aspects of your research while maintaining a holistic view.

Context Filter Creation on Map Generation

Map generation is already a powerful tool within the Researcher Workspace, and in version 1.0, we’ve added automatic generation of the Context Filter from your search query. You can use it to sort your result list (dataset) by relevancy or narrow down the results like you would with other context filters.
