Full Text Chat
The Chat Tool just got smarter! Previously, it used only document abstracts for context in answer generation. With version 1.3, it now utilizes the full text of documents. To manage the context limit, the full text is split into chunks, and embeddings are maintained for each chunk, just as we do for abstracts. This enhancement allows for more accurate and detailed responses, enriching your research interactions.
Auto-sync Datasets
The Auto-sync feature in RSpace™ 1.3 is designed to keep researchers up-to-date with the latest developments in their field of study by providing real-time notifications whenever new articles are added to the dataset. This feature automates the process of tracking scientific literature, ensuring that you are instantly informed about relevant publications without having to manually search for updates.
Versioning
Working collaboratively has never been easier with the new Versioning feature. This tool optimizes and speeds up work within the same external folder for users from the same organization. Streamline collaborative work with version control. Ensure every user can work with the dataset state as they uploaded it or synchronize with the latest external folder version. Capture new document versions while retaining the previous ones for comprehensive version management.

Support for .jsonl and .doc Files
With the release of RSpace™ 1.3, you can now import data in .jsonl format, when choosing the document collection. Additionally, the platform now supports parsing .doc files directly from your documents stored in Google Drive, making it easier to work with diverse file formats from external cloud storage.
Number of datasets in a project
With RSpace™ 1.3, you can now easily see the total number of datasets associated with each project directly in the Project section. This enhancement provides a quick and intuitive overview of your data organization, helping you track and manage datasets more effectively across multiple projects.
Unsupported files view
RSpace™ 1.3 introduces a new feature that allows you to identify duplicated and unsupported documents in their datasets. This information is accessible in the "Additional Information" section, providing a clear overview of which files cannot be processed, along with the specific reasons and file types. Whether it's due to an unsupported format or a duplicate entry, this functionality empowers users to quickly resolve issues and streamline their data for seamless analysis.
