At Iris.ai we are looking for a highly driven, eager to learn team player to act as our full-time Operations and Finance Analyst.

With at least two years of professional experience in an English-speaking context under your belt, you will be familiar with the international tech startup environment. Specifically, you will have been involved in the junior level management or project management of a fast-growing early-stage company.

Working closely with the founder team and local team leads, in this role you will be responsible for management and compliance of certain operational, procurement, administration, and financial aspects of Iris.ai, ensuring all deliverables are on time and of high quality.

Highly structured, resilient, dependable and a good communicator, your specific responsibilities will include:

• Daily interaction with external accountants
• Administration of employee related tasks, like salaries, expenses or vacations
• Monitoring and sending of invoices, including intercompany ones
• Checking and chasing of timesheets
• Handling required paperwork
• Initial fielding of personnel requests and questions
• Fulfilling reporting requirements to funding bodies and other public entities

In addition to the tasks and responsibilities outlined above, you will gain exposure to certain key processes in the Human Resources function, like candidate filtering and initial screening, helping with new employee onboarding, and continuous gathering and processing of employee feedback.

On paper qualifications, like holding a business administration or economics degree or having experience as a scrum master, will be valued but are not considered essential requirements for a successful applicant.

Remuneration will include a starting gross salary in line with previous experience, plus variable, milestone-linked bonuses and an equity incentivization package.
