When you register for Iris.AI we ask for information such as your name, email address, billing address, or payment information. Members who sign up for the free account are not required to enter any payment details.

Iris.AI uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Iris.AI Service.

Although Iris.AI owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Iris.AI application, you retain all rights to your data.

If you choose to provide Iris.AI with your information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers, wherever they may be located in the world.

Disclosure

Iris.AI may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
